African Footballers Donate Money And Hospital Facilities To Tackle Wuhanvirus

As the deadly coronavirus from Wuhan, China continues to ravage continents, some African footballers have set a good example by donating food, money and even hospitals to help those suffering from the disease in the continent.

Samuel Eto’o of Cameroon, Sadio Mane of Senegal and Didier Drogba of Ivory Coast have all played important roles in helping their countrymen and women affected by the deadly coronavirus.

In Cameroon, Samuel Eto’o has pledged food and sanitizing supplies to help fight against coronavirus.

On his part, African star, Sadio Mane playing for Liverpool has donated $50,000 to Senegal’s National Medical Commission as his own contribution for the fight against coronavirus.

Also, Champions and Premier League winner, Didier Drogba has offered up his Ivory Coast hospital to be used as a coronavirus treatment center.

These are African stars who have set a good example in trying to help their countrymen and women defeat the dreaded virus that originated from Wuhan, China.
